Distance Reiki

Distance Reiki refers to the practice of sending Reiki energy when in-person attendance isn’t possible. The energy operates effectively regardless of physical distance—whether we are together in the same room or separated by miles. I visualise and direct the Reiki energy to you or your pet.

1) Full distance session

• The same as an in-person session. A one-to-one session focused entirely on you, carried out as if you were in the treatment room.

• All appointments begin and end with a brief phone or video check-in. For first-time clients I’ll ask you to complete a consultation form and to provide a recent photograph.

• We’ll agree a convenient time for the session. During the appointment I visualise you and send the treatment remotely, then follow up to discuss your experience and any aftercare.

2) Distance Reiki Book

You can be added to my weekly distance Reiki book. During this session I send Reiki to everyone on the list during a scheduled sending once a week, for a period of 4 weeks.

• You do not need to allocate a time to receive the Reiki although some find it a nice opportunity to sit quietly and bring their focus of awareness to receiving.

• All I require is your name and address.

• You will also receive my Distance Reiki Workbook. This is for your own use to help you to reflect on any changes you experience.
